Training, Technical Assistance, and Warrantees
Learning how to operate your new laser cutting and engraving machine may seem overwhelming. This is why we provide free personalized training at our Connecticut facility. It is important to us that you feel confident operating and maintaining your machine. Also, unlimited technical assistance is just a phone call away for the life of the machine.
We are so confident in the quality of the machines we sell, we are now offering a two-year parts warrantee on all our machines. If any part fails during that time, it will be replaced free of charge. Since we maintain an extensive inventory of parts at our facility, they can be shipped to you quickly, minimizing any potential downtime.

a full-year warrantee on all our laser tubes and optics.
Jamieson Laser machines use DC excited, sealed glass tube CO2
lasers* which provide outstanding beam characteristics. This creates
excellent edge quality while cutting and sharpness of detail when
engraving. These high-quality laser tubes are exceptionally
reliable. A recent survey showed that 87% of all Jamieson Laser machines between 3 and 6
years old are still running on their first laser tube.
*All of our machines are equipped with CO2 laser tubes, with the exception of our new Metmark-Y machine, which utilizes a YAG laser for high-quality metal marking. These durable lasers are known for their long lifespan, and these machines carry the same great warrantees as our other lines.
More important features: RED DOT ALIGNMENT POINTER: Jamieson Laser machines include a red-dot alignment pointer, ensuring easy alignment of the laser beam to your work by emitting a visible red beam that indicates your starting point.
LENS NOZZLE: Our machines feature a lens nozzle, which utilizes an air assist compressor to direct the air into the kerf when cutting. This disperses smoke and flammable gases from the engraving area and also results in straighter and more cleanly cut edges by removing any vaporized material from the kerf. The air assist also protects the focusing lens and helps keep it clean by directing the air flow away from the lens.
COOLING SYSTEM: A water cooling system for the CO2 laser is included with every machine we sell. This maintains an even operating temperature in the laser and therefore the steady power output critical for high quality engravings.
EXHAUST SYSTEM: Exhaust fans are also standard, allowing you to exhaust to the outside. For indoor exhaust, multi-stage exhaust filtration units from Bofa Americas are available to satisfy local environmental regulations. |
