The three sizes of machines in this line are among our most versatile machines, allowing flat as well as round engraving and cutting. Their work tables move vertically, creating up to a generous 17" of  space under the focusing optics.  This allows you to process bulky parts or install our optional rotating attachment to engrave anything from drinking glasses to base ball bats. Need to do both, no problem, the attachment installs in seconds, just place it and plug it in.

Powerful Lasers

We believe in installing the most laser power the size of a machine allows. This way you can engrave and cut in one seamless program and you don't have to worry about spending more money later for an upgrade. The very affordable prices of our machines therefore include 60 and 80 Watt glass tube lasers, which have outstanding beam characteristics for excellent edge quality when cutting and great sharpness of detail when engraving.

Rotary Fixture

Engrave graphic designs, pictures and text on parts up to 12" diameter and 30" long. The right end of the fixture also adjusts vertically, allowing cylindrical as well as conical parts to be engraved.

Setting  up the machine takes literally seconds. Just place the fixture into the machine and plug the motor cord into the outlet for the Y axis. Programming is identical to X/Y programming.

All our machines feature a lens nozzle, which very effectively keeps the lens clean and perfectly directs the assist air into the kerf when cutting. The results are straighter and cleaner cut edges, especially in low density materials.

Behind the focusing head, you see the guide rail of the X axis. All guide rails on the LG machines use high precision linear ball bearings, which are play free and preloaded for a trouble free life long performance. 

For a quick and precise set up, the LG machines also feature auto focus and a red dot laser pointer. The auto focus allows you to focus with the push of a button, while the red dot pointer, emitting a beam that is coaxial to the CO2 laser beam, shows you the starting point with great accuracy.
