Model LG

For FLAT, ROUND and HIGH Laser Cutting & Engraving

Available in four sizes, our LG Model machines are among the most versatile machines we offer, allowing flat as well as round surface engraving and cutting. The work tables on our LG machines move vertically, creating up to 17" of space under the focusing optics. This permits the processing of bulky parts, as well as the installation of our optional rotary attachment. The simple-to-use rotary attachment makes it possible to engrave round surfaces, from baseball bats to drinking glasses, and can be removed in seconds to transition back to flat material cutting and engraving. A choice of 60, 100 or 130 Watt lasers ensures that you are working at your machine's full potential for the job at hand.

Rotary Engraving Fixture Engrave graphic designs, pictures and text on parts up to 12" diameter and 30" long. The right end of the fixture also adjusts vertically, allowing cylindrical as well as conical parts to be engraved.   Set up takes literally seconds. Just place the fixture into the machine and plug the motor cord into the Y-axis outlet. Programming is identical to X/Y programming.

• Multi-stage exhaust filters (with bag, HEPA and carbon filter elements) are available to satisfy local environmental regulations

Laser Head and Guide Rails Our LG machines have both a red dot alignment pointer and auto focus. The red dot pointer emits a visible red laser beam coaxial to the CO2 laser beam, showing your starting point with great accuracy.  The auto focus allows you to focus the laser with the push of a button.   All our machines feature a lens nozzle, which effectively keeps the lens clean and directs the air assist into the kerf when cutting. The results are straighter and more cleanly cut edges.   Behind the focusing head, you can see the guide rail of the X-axis. All guide rails on LG machines use high precision linear ball bearings, which are play free and preloaded for trouble-free life-long performance.
