Laser Cutting & Engraving
Our CMA Model machines are ideal for cutting and
engraving sheet materials, including plastic,
wood, and fabric up to 2-inches thick. Six different sizes are available to
accommodate material from 24" to 74" wide. The feed-through bed design
allows the use of roll materials of unlimited length. Our downdraft
table, powered by the exhaust fan, will flatten thin material to
maintain perfect focus of the laser beam for optimal cutting. A choice of laser
tubes from 60 Watt, 100 Watt, or 180 Watt, and even the option of running
two 60 Watt lasers on two focusing heads, ensures that you will be
running at the optimum condition for your jobs and thereby maximizing your
production.

Work Table Options
Two table variations are available on our CMA machines to give
you the best results for your work. The durable steel
honeycomb table is ideal for small parts and materials which are
sensitive to laser beam reflection against their undersides. Our
slatted table, shown to the right, features narrow-edged
aluminum slats which can carry heavy loads and are individually
replaceable. You can change from one table to another in
seconds. |

Vacuum Table
CMA work tables, as described above, rest on a down-draft table,
connected to a powerful exhaust fan. This exhausts all fumes and
debris away from your work through the bottom of the table. The
resulting vacuum will also straighten and flatten thin materials
so they can be cut and engraved in perfect focus.
