       The JQ machines shown on this page are our latest addition and are ideally suited for heavy and large components. And we mean heavy, these machines can engrave parts that weigh up to 1 ton and are therefore ideal for memorial stones. A built in vertical travel table accommodates parts up to 15x51" and 20" high while parts up to 11" thick can be up to 51x98" in size. To add further to the flexibility of these heavy weights, lasers with 60 and 120 Watt are available so you can also cut Acrylic up to .75" thick and hardwood up to .50".

       Work pieces are stationary while the glass tube laser rides in the gantry. This allows for a nearly constant beam lengths, ideal for the high quality engravings you are looking for. The gantry also runs on high precision linear ball bearings which deliver machine tool quality with practically unlimited life.

       We use glass tube CO2 lasers with outstanding beam characteristics, for excellent edge quality when cutting and great sharpness of detail when engraving. With a choice of laser power of 60 or 120 Watt, you will be running at optimum condition for your particular jobs. Best of all, for your peace of mind, our lasers carry a full year of warranty.
